We require 48 hours notice of cancellation or payment of first night of accommodation in full.
Long Weekends & Local Special Events - We require 72 hours notice of cancellation or payment of first night's accommodation.
Peak (Easter Weekend & Christmas to New Year 24/12 to 2/1) -
We require a deposit for the equivalent of first night's accommodation upon booking and balance to be paid in full on day of check-in. Deposit is non-refundable and payment is non-refundable during this period.
